Saturday, June 1st and Sunday June 2nd

The Utah Pride Festival is a program of the Utah Pride Center and is projected to attract over 50,000 attendees. All funds raised will benefit the programs and services of the Utah Pride Center in support of it’s vision of creating “a thriving LGBTQ+community in Utah.”

PRIDE ACTIVITIES: Festival, Parade, March & Rally, Youth Dance, 5K Outdoors & Proud in the Park, Interfaith Service, Speakers & Film Series.

APPLICATION PROCESS: Those wishing to exhibit at the 2019 Utah Pride Festival may submit an application for consideration. Applications details and list of any proposed products and messaging will then be reviewed as they apply to the Exhibiting Vendor Participation Rules and mission of the Utah Pride Center.

APPLICATION FEE: $25 (Non-Refundable)

APPLICATION REVIEW: Allow ten (10) business days (See Exhibiting Vendor Participation Rules)

PAYMENTS: Approved applicants will receive confirmation of their application and a link to complete their payment process online.

All booth rental rates are dependent upon the date of payment.

PAYMENT DEADLINES:

  • Early Bird Registration Payment | Feb 1 - Feb 28
  • Standard Registration Payment | Mar 1 - Apr 20
  • Late Registration Payment | Apr 21 - May 10

VENDOR ORIENTATION: Saturday, May 18 or Monday, May 20 (Required Attendance). Allowances will be made for out of state vendors.

GRASS ROOTS ORGANIZATION TENT VENDOR: Non-Profit or similar company wishing to share space with other similar companies. Budget of less than $50,000. Click Here for 2019 Rate Card

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM:Those wishing to obtain a scholarship to exhibit at the 2019 Utah Pride Festival may submit an application for consideration.Applications my be recieved no later than March 15, 2019. Click here to apply.

  • Applicant must be a Non-Profit with a 501(c)3 or a small business.
  • The organization's mission must be directly related to serving the LGBTQ+ Community
  • The organization's goals must be aligned with Utah Pride Centers Mission & Vision.

REQUIRED INSURANCE: Every vendor is required to provide a valid Certificate of Insurance in the amount of $1 Million dollars which lists the Utah Pride Center and Salt Lake City Corp. as additionally insured. See the Exhibiting Vendor Participation Rules for a sample certificate and details.

INSURANCE DEADLINE: Certificates of Insurance are due no later than May 15th. Participation cannot be confirmed without a valid Certificate of Insurance. Vendor Orientation, vendor tickets, location and load-in passes will not be available until after the Certificate of Insurance has been provided.

INTERACTIVE ZONE: The interactive zone will be anchored by the Utah Pride Festival's interactive games and complimented by up to 8 vendors wishing to create an interactive experience for the Utah Pride Festival attendees. They will work as a community to ensure every vendor in that zone is given equal time. Interactive displays will be appropriate for all festival attendees i.e. children, youth, adults etc. If fellow vendors express grievances, vendor in question may be removed from the festival. Promotional items and displays for each vendor must stay within their paid rented space. Signs, tables, etc must all remain within the rented space. Only interactive activities may be outside rented space.
